whether we have to be really 100% true to our girl friend or else we can hide something,how we can able to know which we can hide which we can reveal

To be honest, i don't have 100% trust on my friends. And i don't like those friends who want to know everything from you but they never tell you something about themselves. Sometimes they just like gossiping or trying to know something from you and spread it out. 
For me, i don't tell too personal things to my friends unless they want to share and exchange some views or experiences. I think it depends on what kind of person of your girlfriends. But i advise you not to tell 100% of your personal stuff. We have an old saying here, 'the closest person might be your biggest enemy'.
