Friends lost

I am writing this maybe also to express the pain about something that happened a few days ago. I was chatting with a friend who was like a sister for me and she asked me to help her solve a computer problem (she is totally stranger of computers) on her laptop. Mainly she had to uninstall Norton with GoBack. I guided her through all the process and until she listened to me everything went all-right. When the computer restarted in order to uninstall GoBack, I told her to let the computer finish it's task and everything is going to be ok (on the phone), and she got nervous at knowing it would take 30 minutes. Then she called me, after 10 minutes, saying she restarted the laptop and now she can't get into windows (normal after You do something like that). We tried all the possible ways but, nothing. Then she started saying that I made fun of her, that she's fed up with it and does not want to see me anymore, or hear me. Since then I am really angry at her for hurting me in this way, but am I really the guilty person in this?

You are not the guilty person here, she is You told her to wait 30 minutes not ten. And you didn't make fun of her.If she took it that way, it isn't your fault. I am sorry that it seems like you lost a friend.

omg, of course you're not the guilty one!! I mean, you told her it would take 30 minutes, right? but your friend was the one who went to restart the computer on her own!! and, even if you did say something wrong, as in guided her wrongly through one of the steps, it wasn't on purpose right..? maybe your friend's a bit impatient, or she's in a rush to use the computer...give her some time, and explain it to her when she has cooled down. all the best :)

You know, maybe u are right, sometimes people just get angry without motivations,we react, start fights without even knowing what we are doing, because this life sometimes is so stressful, so many problems on our heads...

Girls are sometimes like that, after awhile thinking what they did, will just call you up to say sorry. She can't just think of any other person to blame otherwise she'll be admitting herself who has the fault. If you saw her just be yourself as if nothing happened, you'll see, you'll be friends again...
