It's a wine manga. It started in 2004 and is still ongoing. There are currently 18 volumes published but there are only 4 english subbed chapters online. 
It's very popular in Japan. It's so popular that any wine that is featured in its pages usually sells out in Japan in weeks and the prices of the wines reach exorbitant heights.
I have read all the 4 chapters available and I'm loving it. The art is good and the story is great. I hope that there will be more fansub groups subbing it.
