Agricola - A must have game.

Last week, we played Agricola 12 times. This is a game where each player has an empty farm board, and has to fill it up with houses, people, animals, fields, pasteurs, fences and stables in 14 game rounds. It takes about an hour, and requires a lot of strategy. It's really fun to build your farm with the wooden pieces provided. My question's are: 1)What is the highest number of points you've obtained in a 3 person game. 2)Do you think Occupation and Minor Improvement cards add to the game or detract from the game, and why? 3)What is the best Occupation/Improvement combo you've seen to date, and do you think it breaks the game? For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, call your local gaming store and ask them to hold you a copy of this game. Fun for all 10 and older. Plays 1-5 players.
