Can U ever trust any more PTC site after Buxout has been Shutdown?

I've been an active member of Buxout for last 5 months. Like all other days, when I've logged in the site this evening, I didn't know what frustrating notice had been waiting for me!!! This is what is written on their site: "We apologize for closing,but we paid out all our capital and revenue has drastically slowed down over the past month. We are afraid we do not have the resources to continue running the site." Another scammer! Now I'm afraid whether my most favorite PTC site NeoBux turns into scam soon! Can you ever rely on these 2nd generation PTC sites ever???
