Do you lie?

I personally have lied in the past, for most of my life. I am just now seeing the effects, I mean really seeing the effects of my actions....but now, I also see that I am not the only one who has lied. Do you lie?

frankly speaking, I have lied in my life but not many.
I don't like tell lie, the feeling is not comfortable.
if you tell to others , you will lose the trust of other.
but some white lies are neccessary. don't you think so?
