Have you ever seen "The Stand"?

I read the book but have not seen the series. I have read quite a few of his books. I like the way he writes his novels, even his short stories. I have also seen a few of the films adapted from the books. Is this available on the net? Can I see it online?

I've seen it several times and like it very much, except for the religious angle. The actors chosen for the roles really fit the characters, and that mini-series is probably just about the best adaptation of any of King's novels. But I still like the book better than the series. Even a long series has to leave out a lot.

Typical Steven King - he sucks you in and then drops you with a stupid or unsatisfactory ending. Seriously the man should continue writing but hire someone else to come up with better endings. As for the Stand, not bad for an 80s mini-series.
