Are you a light packer or not?

When you travel, locally or internationally, do you travel light or not? I would like to think that I am a light packer. For a week's stay in another place, I could pack all my things in one backpack. With airlines charging for baggages these days, we have to learn how to travel light.

I always want to travel light going to my destination that is. It's kinda hard to do once I go back though, as I almost always find things to buy :o) .

I would love to travel light. Every time I travel, I always find something that I think I might need but usually never do. I guess I get a little paranoid because I would think I have forgotten something. If I had to I would find a way to travel lighter.

Over time, I've learned to pack light. I think the more often you travel, especially if you frequent the same places, you'll learn what to bring and not to bring. Pay attention to what you use and don't use. You'll definitely lighten your load.
I used to live in Japan. Now, the Japanese know how to pack light.

I love to travel light especially on vacation. My longest vacation so far is for seven days, and i usually pack just enough clothes. (Anyway my clothes are quite small-sized. :-)) I usually give allowance to the limit on weight of baggage at the airport so that i can bring home more souvenirs or giveaways for me and my family and friends back home.

I always travel light, and I never pack more than one backpack or suitcase. Sometimes when I arrive at a new place, I can't find a hostel or hotel straight away and I don't want more luggage than I can easily carry from place to place. I often pack some of my old clothes (clothes that I was going to get rid of anyway), when I have worn it, I just throw it away, and then there is room for souvenirs, new clothes or other things that I want to buy.

I always pack light. I have to. Because I know that I will bring back more than I left with! It never fails. I try not to, but every time I find things to bring home. And it helps to pack light to adjust for the weight of the bag.

Its not only a matter of costs and charges, its a matter of enjoying traveling. I travel a lot (for work) and almost always have to carry a lot of weight. Twice I did not, and they were the best travel experience I ever had. You enjoy the trip that way.
