Would you be mad if someone took your license for 10 years for a mis. pot charge

I just came from court today where this incident disturbed me more than a lot of things that I have witnessed that have happened to other people. It made me cry all the way home almost. This girl was up on charges of obstructing an officer and driving without a license. She stated that her license had been suspended for 10 years for a misdemeanor pot charge (less than an ounce)! Could you believe that 10 years! What do you guys think about that?

People these days are unbelievable. How can she get 10 years of no driving for having weed. Was she even high when she was caught, or did she just have it? So maybe a year or two for having weed and for not having a license and obstructing an officer, but definitely not 10. absolute bs.
