Hey Tushavi! You were charged because your account type is Premier. Premier accounts have fee's when you receive money. Try to e-mail PayPal support and request your account type to be changed to Personal. I think you can only do this once. Otherwise you'll just need to make a new PayPal account

Oh I picked premier because I thought it would be better, too. Thanks for the tip, I will have it changed.

I have noticed that some kinds of transactions have a fee and some don't. When i get paid by prizelive, DollarSurveys, or almost any other site on my profile there is no fee. When I get paid by QuickRewards, for some reason, PayPal takes off about 30 cents. I couldn't tell you why.

Well i have the same problem today!! lol and i dont get mad i just think that was so funny because today i see it in my email i receive a payment from $0.02 cents!! a low amount of money but its money!! and i was so excited and happy and i go to my paypal account and see it the same balance hahahahaa $0.16 cents and i see it the new payout and i see the details and they charged me a fee of $0.02 dollars!! lol and i dont receive anythink for my work!!
