I am Making Christmas Cookies tonight

Every year I make a few dozen shortbread cookies for parties, relatives, co-workers or just my family. I find that some find that they don't like shortbread or claim to not like it until they try mine. Tonight I"m making shortbread cookies for a crib tournament tomorrow. All the women are to bring goodies and the men don't have to. How fare is that? Not at all I think! I'm hoping they love my cookies! What's your favorite cookies or things to make around Christmas time?

daughter and grand daughter doing teh cookie cut out ones this year I used to like to make fudge and lost my receipe!

That's too bad you lost your recipe. There are some recipes that I can't go without either. If I don't have them or lose them, I will not be able to make it right. I hope you do find yours.

I love Christmas cookies! That doesn't seem fair that the men don't have to do anything, but most of them would probably get their wives to do it anyway lol. I think I might make some cookies tonight.

That's what I said when I asked,"okay so women have to bring goodies but what do the men have to bring?" They told me nothing just themselves. You're right though, they would probably get their wives to do it for them haha. I hope I win crib tonight some extra christmas funds would be nice! Thanks for your comment
