I'm the exact same way. I have difficulty going to sleep early. By the time I fall asleep, it's already 4 or 5 in the morning. Then I have to wake up for work around 8 or 9 AM. I always think that I'll get a nap after I'm done with work, but I sometimes work all night. If I don't have that much work, I still can't sleep. I know I'm tired, but I stay awake until 4 AM again. On the weekends, I probably sleep around 6 or 7 AM. Then I try to catch up on my sleep and wake up in the afternoon if no one bothers me.

No nap for me. I do not have time to take a nap when I get off my full time job it is normally full speed ahead. Cooking, cleaning, making sure that the children get their homework assigments done, eat, bath, clothes out for the next day and it just goes on and on. So, I leave work and go straight to work.

When I was at my other job, I worked 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Then it would take me 10 minutes to get home, so I would take a nap and still be in bed by 9 or 9:30. But now my job is approximately 45 minutes away, so by the time I get home, it is 4:30/4:45. If I took a nap then, I would never fall asleep at night. Occasionally I will nap on the weekends, if I am not doing anything. I do miss my naps though

I would love to take a nap during the day but I hardly gat a chance. I get up at 5am and work until 3pm. I have girls so they keep me on my toes. On the weekends I want to sleep late but I'm used to getting up so I do. Sometimes I take a nap on Saturday or Sunday but it's kind of rare.

My schedule is so completely upsidedown nowadays... (funny how spellcheck thinks upsidedown is misspelled and nowadays as correct)...
I babysit my niece from 7 am to 6 pm or so, while I work at home, create websites, and stuff... well, i do what i can... then if i can take a nap i do, because i usually work until midnight or 1 am, take another nap, then get my daughter off to school around 6 am...
so i don't really sleep... but i do nap when and where i can!
