I often struggle with the decision to have children, and I believe you should have children for the right reasons, but what are the right reasons? Obviously, a lot of children aren't planned, and I was one of them. But, for those who say they're trying to have baby, why? Is it to fill some void in their lives, to make their families happy, because it's what they feel is the natural next step, or to extend the family tree, or what?

3 of 4 of my children just happined. When my husband and I got together I had already had 2 children. He had told me that he would like 2 of his own simply because he loves kids. I told him it was open for discussion. So we had our first together and he was so excited. The joy on his face is undescribable. A few years later we talked about another and decided that we did want 1 more. For some reason we felt the famiy was missing something and we just knew it was another child. So we started trying and it didnt take long at all and we were pregnant. When we brought our baby home we just knew our family was complete. The baby fit right in as if she was there the whole time. It was a beautifull feeling.
