How to found the blogs?

I want to have myself blogs.But i don't know how to operate?Hope somebody can help me !thank you very much!

After you've signed up to any blog host, such as Blogger or Wordpress, then it'll be good if you can look for nice design templates. I'd recommend this site: http://www.finalsense.com There you'll find many nice templates to be used in your blog. So, it makes your blog looks nicer. :)
