Can we use surf sites and start pages with MyLot

I have totally found that one way to make money with MyLot is to increase the number of referrals. One way that I have received referrals in other programs is to use start pages and surf sites such as TrafficSwarm, WebmasterQuest and others to promote the company. As far as you know are we allowed to use such sites to promote MyLot?
