Why are men so hard to figure out?

I know that any man that just read the title is already saying to them self......"Figure us out, try figuring out women" Ok, agreed we may have our issues but we TALK about them. I recently was broken up with and was given no reason. Things were great , we had discussed marriage and moving (keep in mind I NEVER brought these issues up it was all him) then I went on a girls trip and when I got home he broke up with me, just like that after almost a year. Ok so I can understand that he just isn't into me anymore and is out there trying to find the next best thing. (and by the way he wont,:) ) But what I don't understand is how one day things can be great then bam all done, and why don't men have the guts to tell us women the real reason?
