I agree with you - photography is such a fun thing to do, and its getting so easy nowadays - that practically everyone can snap or take a photo. I started when I had a Kodak 620mm Box Camera. I rented it for the weekend, ('cause I couldn't afford to buy one) and bought a film took 12 pictures, and these had to be perfect - otherwise I would be wasting my hard earned money. So I had to appreciate my photography then. The cameras then where nothing like today's, your planning and imagination had to be ready and planned. Today if a photo was taken badly, it can be repaired, changed, manipulated in such a way that bad turns into perfect shot. And it can be deleted too. I couldn't do that 50 years ago. Good photo had to be good and Bad photo was told to be bad. The moments ('cause that's all they are moments) are kept in albums, frames, disks, and even video chips or discs. You see your Family and Friends, from early age to today, practically a lifetime story, events that some minds tend to forget and only photography can remind them of them. Faces that remind you of love, joy and past life. Scenes that were there for only a moment (few seconds) and need to view the photos to remind you what that scene was like. One tip I can give you, if you permit me, when you have photos printed or taken and need to place them in an album, do it right away. Otherwise you end up with hundreds of mixed photos in a drawer, and you will never get to do that album later.
