which is more important for a woman,career or love?

Normally woman should choose LOVE. But I would choose CAREER. Because of the insecurity that this world brings to me EVERY DAY, and since I have seen a lot of woman who suffers from bad partners and has no opportunities to break out of that NIGHTMARE, I would choose what is best for me: and of course it would be CAREER. And in most of the times men would understand my choice, because they know that they ain`t no ANGELS, right?

I am a woman my self and its kind of hard to choose between love and career but i guess for me both stand at equal power..... a woman is nothing without love but the woman of today is also nothin without career and an income..... for me..... career comes first and then comes love though i would be devastated if i lost my love cos of my career and ambitions..... and also would be devastated if i lost my career cos of my love...... we are kind of stuck both the ways and want both in our lives and thats why strive to achieve the best in both..... but i think todays woman would choose career over love .....

i am no woman though but from a woman's perspective i feel that love is more important than career. i say so because, we all live to enjoy life. what else can you ask for more than a very loving & caring husband and a loving family. the life will become fun and happiness filled. thats what life is all about when that is fulfilled why regret that the career is lost? earning is something that comes to support our life. we can't live a miserable life saying that we will have a great career. this is my personal view. and this would be acceptable for a man too.

hi meirong, i am a woman and currently single. level of importance is i prefer to choose love at the top because i want to start a better family of my own and a successful marriage. i believe family is the foundation of all, successful career is nothing if the family is weak. we can earn money but not love, not good marriage, not loving kids, not respect from the spouse. i am not saying that career is not vital of course it should be taken cared of too but not as important as love for family. this is a nice discussion.
