I would call buxout a scam site, would you?

Buxout closed suddenly yesterday citing they had paid up their capital and business is not earning money but i think i bet to differ. they are still paying instantly up to yesterday. They are also earning from members cos many had upgraded at their sites and they are selling bots to control their payment. Also they only give 4 ads daily which is not a lot of ads and should be sustainable. Worst of all, recently they are offering promotional rates on memberships and referral packs and i see it as they are already preparing to run with our money which is why they had all this promotions. if they are honest and know they are not doing well, they should not sell referrals packs and memberships and causing members to lose their money esp those who invested in the past few days. I think buxout had it all planned up.
