A living will is a document that states your wishes in case you are in a serious accident or a coma and are not able to tell people how you wish things to be handled. This is done so if you are not able to speak, other people, including your family, will know what your wishes are. If you aren't familiar with a living will, you can read about it here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1051133/what_you_should_know_about_your_living.html?cat=17
So, do you have a living will?

Hi char~I don't have a Living Will at this time. I know that
I should, but I just don't right now. While my mother is
still alive I don't feel I want to upset her by getting one
for myself. She has one for herself because she is 78. I
know all about them because I worked as a Legal Secretary
for over 20 years and I am fully aware of what they are for.
I guess at some point I will also have to get one and I will
also have to re-do my Will and find a new Executrix. I no
longer speak to my friend who is on my current Will and I
need to change the whole thing too. So everything on it needs
to be amended so when I do that I will make out a Living
Will also.

Thanks for your response!
I don't really have anything either. About the only thing I have is my wedding rings and a ring that was my mother's and I would want to make sure that my son gets those. Nothing against my husband, but I want to make sure he gets them and not hubby going out and selling them.

no I haven't made a living will because this is something you have to make seriously with a lot of thought, and I am not sure if I would want to be on a respiratory or not for example.
