Looking for a Reputable bid on freelance jobs site

I'm looking for a reputable and free website where I can bid on or request freelance graphic design jobs, with a fairly steady flow of positions. does anyone know if one even exists? I'm just so tired of putting my resume on CraigsList or Monster and getting replies from some dude in Nigeria who wants to send me a zillion dollars in rubber money...

try elance.com.They have diverse categories and you bid on jobs.aLso try guru.com and odesk.com.Hope that was helpful.
