Help! I want to lose weight..

i'm not used to this kind of body, and i'm not used to being called fat. i want to lose weight but i dont know any effective way. :(

What do You consider to be: FAT. Describe that. I have always thought that FAT means when You can`t use doors to get inside and outside the building, and instead of doors You use elevator that brings You inside the building through the WINDOW!! If You look in the real life like You look in Your profile picture, then there is nothing wrong with Your looks and don`t looks. Seriously. But if You want to make some self-discipline, try to eat many small dishes a day instead of few but huge. It might make You think more about HOW MUCH, WHEN and WHAT You eat.

Do more exercise. Start little, and be consistent. A 20-min jog, every single day, will be a good form of exercise. But you must be consistent and disciplined. That's definitely the best method. As for dieting, eating less will not contribute to losing weight. Eating less will just reduce your body metabolism rate and reduce rate of fat burning. Having a balanced diet is the key. Balanced diet meaning, you eat fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and fibres at the right portions, every day. Have more meals, with less amount of food per meal. This can help you lose weight. You should have five to six meals per day. During each meal, don't keep eating until you're full. Just eat when you feel hungry, and stop just before you feel full. Some people eat until they're really full, to the extent that they feel lazy afterwards. You don't want that laziness, you want to be as active as possible. Avoid eating foods that contains too much fat. You have to do some more research about this to find out more. I hope my advice helps. Good luck.

Exercise ^_^ hehe.. It's the best and most effective way in losing weight.. Of course diet plays a part too.. U can still eat as much as u like, but stop all your supper or late night snacks.. It's best that u stop eating 2-3hrs b4 bedtime, so that there's enough time for your food to be digested ^_^ DO try cardio exercises such as jogging, swimming and cycling, or even aerobics and yogas.. They are very efficient for losing of weights ^_^ Also, drink more water ^_^

Simple maths. Work more than you eat. Gorge friuts & vegatables. Especially ones with lots of fibre like apple,greens etc. the best time to exercise is in the morning( when the stomach is empty). Drink lots of water, eventhough you may feel heavy initially. Chew your food well. Lemon immediately after food cuts fat. Reducting carbohydrates is the most important decision you need to take regarding your weight loss. All the best with your new diet
