InstantlyPTC has dropped click rates

I saw this only this morning but the news says that the click rates were dropped on 14 of December. The new click rates look worst. The new click rates are Standard User: Per Click: $0.005 Per Ref Click: $0.0025 Premium User: Per Click: $0.01 Per Ref Click: $0.005 Though they have a reason that they have added more advertisements, but, dropping click rates drastically is not good. They are also in a decision to drop Referral buying and to go for Renting. Recent PTC History: SandraClicks Closed DingoBux banned Asian Members BuxOut Closed InstantlyPTC dropped click rates I really dont know what PTC sites are upto? Anyways, what's your say on this?
