My friend told me the best Barbeque in town is the one that can produce the best sauce. It is true. But let me tell you first what "satay" is. Satay is the local barbeque of Singapore. You can choose from mutton, chicken and pork. One time we went to this small hawker place near Kovan MRT. the satay tastes almost the same as the usual satay but the sauce is soooo delicious. you can really taste the peanuts in the sauce! You should try it. Its just a few minutes away from Kovan MRT. just on the first stop light.
