OccupEx - Seems to be a scam - Forum Inaccessible - Not Paying!

The admin and mod were inactive before. And then they became active and paid a few members. And now, again, the admins are inactive. The forum link redirects to a Temporarily Unavailable on RapidVPS..! But accessing the files inside the Forum subdomain (eg: forum.occupex.com/forumdisplay.php) says that the file isn't available. I dont think that the admins are in a mood to pay their members.

it was hard time for me to generate referrals...now when i have them they are scaming out??

Yeah, forum is not accessible anymore and I think it don't matter at all as even the forum is still there the admin does not active and does not answer members concerned. I think the site would be closed in a matter of time as people doesn't trust the site anymore. It would be difficult for the site to have members after negative feed backs has been post in social networks and forums.
