Do you sing songs while alone?

I sing songs all the time when I'm alone. I sing to the pets, I sing to the radio, I sing television commercial jingles while watching tv.

Absolutely. I am a huge diva when no one is around. Especially in the car where I'm sure I am the only one who can hear me.

I have to...... If I start singing when others are around they beg me to stop! I may not be the worlds worst singer but I'm pretty high on the list!

I'm always singing when I'm alone. I have to because that's part of what I do! Not only singing but learning the lyrics to the songs as well. I'm supposed to have a new CD coming out soon, my cousin just has to find the time to get me into the studio. If anyone gets bored you can check out some of my old tunes on myspace. Yes, I sing when I am alone. Singing keeps me from idling and I can sing better. Singing helps to with depression, asthma, and do you know a 3 yrs old girl who has polio affected, she did not stand, walk, or sit for a long time, then her father bought her a turntable and started playing songs and songs motivated the girl to stand on her own, then she began to walk a little why I am saying this is because that little girl is me. Today I am proud to say that music helped me stand and walk and now music is my life, I sing all the time.

i agree with you.when i am alone,i usually sing songs too.i think when this time i could feel not lonely,i would feel have somebody along with me.and when i am alone,no matter how unpleasant to hear,no one knows.

I love music and am listening to music more than watching the tv. Always sing at home and in the car and definitely if I am alone. Even sing when others are around. I don't have a great voice but not bad either.

oh yea!!! in fact constantly practice actually does help one improve singing. I find that i can "train" my vocals by singing everyday. Of course, i'm not just humming or singing aimlessly but listen to myself sing and try improving by hitting certain notes correctly. I have a friend who's a little tone deaf. Apparently she started to love singing after a few karaoke sessions with me & she did confess singing alone at home. She did improve quite a bit though still off pitch but much better in her tempo.

Hi friend,I sing songs only when I am alone.In the presense of others I feel shy to sing.But when I am alone I can sing whatever I want and however I want.But some people when they are requested to sing ,immedietely without any hesitation they start singing.But I can never sing in front of people. thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

It doesn't matter whether I'm alone or in the company of others, but I never sing songs. I don't like the sound of my voice and I have an inability to copy sounds so I don't even bother trying - plus, I don't consider myself the singing type of person anyway. xD Actually playing a song works just fine for me.

Well, its depend on my mood. If I feel like to sing then I will sing. No matter if I am alone or not.

I love to sing even if I don't have any voice, wished to have a nice voice. However I like to sing with msic when I am alone even with my child, I like singing to her. It is lots of fun, when I am in the mood of singing I will sing for hours whooooo poor people who are listening :)

me too. i sing a lot when i feel bad, it makes me feel relieved. also when im taking a bath..or sometimes when im having a hard time memorizing or my books are making me bored.well, sometimes i feel crazy then..lol

HAhA I Sing in the shower, On the phone, Walking, On my way to work, Everywhere!!! But when I sing in front of others I get embarest Even if they say "you have a beautiful voice" Blah blah.. I dont know why I cant take the compliments, It might be becuase I feel like My voice is not up to par! I should probably just say thanks but its hard Im always like "yeah right im not even trying" Heh

Yes, I like to sing to I do sing when I am alone, but it is usally with background music on songs by artists.

Yes,i sing when i am alone.I am learning classical music for the last 15 years.Professionally i am not a musician,but i like and love music.

Sometimes I sing songs in my head when I am at work but generally I don't sing aloud when I'm alone or with people. If I've come home from work, I might sing aloud a few lines from a song I just heard on the radio which has stuck in my head, but as soon as I realise how bad I sound, I feel embarrassed and shut up (even though no one heard me) LOL!

I'm not much of the singer so I prefer to sing songs when I'm alone. Sometimes I can sing with my friend.
