Free quality traffic to website. How to?

I have been working in traffic for my website and blog lately. With some good traffic exchange programs I was able to already increase the traffic to my blog and website but I would like to know if you guys know any other ways to get quality traffic for free, quality meaning that I can make money out of it with getting referrals for my programs and clicks for my ads.

Dunno how to get quality traffic. yet i also have a blog but dont get much traffic their, actually i started that blog yesterday only and had only aroun 300 visitors. only by promoting the site in mylot. actually that site is mostly for help and i could hardly make any money from it. as i have given sites which doesnt need any referrels.
lemme know how you earn quality traffic.

I use easyhits4u.com and startxchange. Both sites give me about 100 visits a day. If you want to take a look at my blog is deborahkaty.thumblogger.com and my site is deborahkaty.page.tl
