Adsense Frustration

My account was recently cancelled with Google's Adsense claiming there were too many clicks on the Google ads. I completed the dispute form and made an attempt to contact them twice in addition to the forms. Looking over my paperwork, I notice I did receive four checks from Google this year but the last check is no good. They will put a stop payment on it if I cash it. This is a big company with a big reputation and find it difficult to understand why they don't respond to their member's questions or concerns. After looking on their site and their forum offered, I see there are many others who also had their accounts cancelled. Do you know anyone who has had this happen and if so, what was the next step?
