Today I fried a egg for the first time in my life. The reason is my parents gone in village and I am alone in the home. I ate 3 days in the hotel but I am tired with that. I find frying a egg and cook rice is most easy for meal.
But my performance is not so good. I don't have any idea about the oil. I used excess oil and I forget to boil that enought. Plus the salt was not sufficient. You can understand the situation. I ate it anyway because nothing to do but please don't ask me about the taste. It was fulled with oil and I used tissue to decrease the amount of oilHave you ever fried a egg in your life? What was your first experience?

I am not so good at frying eggs, I am the type that needs to stick to scrambling them. The first time I fried an egg I almost started a fire. Way to much greese and little pop burns, as I like to call them, all over my arms. I have, on occasion, been able to do it, but more times than not I scramble the eggs add salt and pepper, with a little cheese. Make sure you put the cheese and the eggs in the pan at the same time so the cheese will blend with the eggs and not get clumpy. Best of luck in your egg cooking. Good story, to tell your children one day when you perfect you fring eggs and are teaching them to do the same. LOL!!

My mother always fried eggs in butter so the first time I tried, I had the heat set too high, and the butter turned brown and burned. It didn't smell very good.
The key to frying an egg is to use a very small amount of oil or butter and to keep the heat at just above the medium level. Let it get hot before you add the egg. Cook it for awhile before you try to flip it or you will have a problem with that, too.

Hi bdsurf. I love eggs!! So obviously i have fried many eggs in my life until now and i won't stop frying them.
I forgot when was the first time i fried an egg and how the experience was. Now i fry my egg in non-stick pan so i just put little oil. If i fry sunny side up egg, then i don't add anything. i add in soya sauce and some pepper when i make the omelette with onions or long beans. I just can't resist myself to eat eggs.
Have a nice day and hopefully you will have better experience next time.

Humm.. I also love eggs but now hate frying it. I think I never will be able to fry it.
I again failed for 2nd times. I tried to apply the suggestion of 1st four response. But all the suggestion gone in vain and this time it is even worse than first time. I need to wait before my mother will come.
