quitting smaoking,how can i do ?

i had been strugling with smaking these years,but i know i fail.. everyone who succeed in quitting smoking give me a sugestion ?

I know to quit smoking is very difficult but if we have a strong determination we can and don't think we have treatment to quit the smoking
