Ok now.. please don't laugh at this.. how do you apply body lotion on your back?

Since the cold season is at full swing now, I have been having dry spots all around my back where I cannot reach and I must say it keeps itching there. How do you manage to keep yourself moisturised in hard to massage places 
. I tried to figure it out somehow but the answer keeps evading me.
