I would like to thank all the myLotters that showed support and shared their advice and stories. Im happy to report I get to keep my home for the time being with payment arrangements and finacial help. In a difficult time I turned to you for advise or some form of hope. I THANK you all that responed to me in my time of need. You know who you are and I deeply thank you and keep you all in my prayers. I know I havent been on in awhile and some may feel like I kept them hanging... Let me assure you thats not the case. I learned something on this emotional journey and that is... You have to take care of you! If the bills are piling up they're not going to take care of themselves and vanish. You have to wipe you own a*s! Its always easy to lose site of things... Like complaining about the stuff you dont have and losing focus on the important things you do have. After the mortgage company agreed to help me no one gave me a hug or shook my hand and told me everythings going to be alright. The truth is nothings ever alright. But in order to make it in this world you have to be tough!! To all thats going through what I went through and still going through my advise to you is... Keep your head held high and keep good friends or family close because you will need them on this emotional journey. Many thanks again... Ginny

Wow that is great that at least you have made something to save your home. I admire your courage and strength at this time and moment that seems to be a trying time for you. You are still standing tall and proud and that is important weapon you can carry on with you life right now. I think there is still light at the end of the tunnel and you just need to be patient and soon you'll be seeing a solution. You may not know it right now but I think there is an answer to every question you have in your life. You just need to seek for the answer at this time but in time it will reveal itself to you. Good luck on your journey with life it may be hard but that is all that you need to know.

That's great to hear ginnypetree. Life is definitely tough. I think we just have to be bound and determined in order to get ahead in this world, and sometimes just to survive! Thanks for sharing this with everyone and possibly helping us through our own challenges that life brings. I would like to share a positive quote for the day with you. "If your actions inspire others to drea more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader." - John Quincy Adams Thanks again, and have a wonderful day!

I'm so very happy to hear this good news, ginny! Yep, life is a roller coaster, for sure... physically and emotionally. It's all about finding those little pockets of happiness that pop up every now and then, making them last as long as possible, then turning them into good memories to keep us going until the next pocket of happiness pops up. I've learned to not complain much. Oh, I'm human, and I do complain, but not much. If there is a situation that I can make better, I will make it better. If I can't do anything about it, I won't even worry about it; I'll just do the best I can to muddle through. I've gotten myself into some tough spots before, too. You're very correct about wiping your own derriere. You've gotta take care of things yourself. Hoping something (or someone) will come along and make them go "poof" doesn't work. I'm so very glad things worked out for you! I know it's not an easy ride, but it looks like you've done the right thing and it's going to work out. Life ain't easy, for sure! If I were there, I'd give you a hug! You done good, kiddo!

That is really great news. I was thinking about you last week and wondering where you had got to. Now I know you are fine and I am so glad you did not have to leave your home. Friends and family are really important at times like this and I hope they will all help each other out when they really need it. Great to see you and even greater you still have your home.

Hi Ginny, I remember your previous post. I am so happy to hear that things are working out for you. That's what we have to do, take one day at a time and have hope and faith that things will work out. What a great Christmas present that is to you and your children. And you are correct in saying to keep your head high and keep close to your family and friends, that's what it is all about. God bless you and have a happy holiday

Hi ginny, I am glad you are ok for the moment, I know how hard it is as I have a mortgage as well and it is hard, but I manage to pay by cutting down on many things and even lived on potatoes and beans for a while, I always say a roof over your head is the most important thing in your life as you need a home and if you have your own home, it has to be protected.
