how to bulit my blog?

hi ,friends.i have signed mylot for 6 days.but i haven't my own blog.i had tried to bulid ,but didn't succeed.now ,i hope friends could help me and tell me how to build.what's the process?thank you in advance.

its very easy to make a blog,
go to www.blogger.com and register there and then add a blog, register your blog and name and give it a title and start bloggin.
just make blog about watever you want, add post and start blogging.
