Earnings problems.....i noticed it first time....

actually after posting a discussion you give the tags for the posting you have made so when you give out the tags which are not included in the discussion then there will be a decrement from your earnings you always give out relevant tags after posting the discussions like if you make a discussion make sure you tag the words which are in the posting you have made

Hi eshaan!!..Do not be surprised with such increase and decrease of earnings from time to time. It happened to me not more than once or twice. It is quite discouraging sometimes because it was a waste of our effort. But, it was fine on the other hand because some times, we cannot control ourselves to respond on discussions which we are unaware having violated some mylot rules. I had started discussions similar to this topic and most of the respondents said that discussions which violate mylot rules are being deleted including those who responds to said discussion. In turn, whatever you earn from said response will be deducted to your current and actual earnings. The opinion made sense, so I think that was what happened to you. These changes are explained in the FAQs. Earnings are not final until the end of the month. Earnings are also updated only after 24 hours, so it was simply coincidence that you responded to discussions and immediately noticed your earnings increase. The increases and decreases you saw are due to the redistribution of earnings when discussions are deleted and for other housekeeping reasons. You not have done anything wrong yourself but you may have replied to a discussion which violated the guidelines and was deleted. All the responses to that discussion are also deleted, of course, so a few cents get deducted. That money is redistributed over good discussions, though, so any responses you made to those get a little more and your earnings go up by a few cents. It depends, of course, on what things MyLot do first as to whether your earnings go down first and then up or the other way round! MyLot seem to update the earnings at about 9:00am Kansas time - 6 hours behind GMT. India is 5.5 hrs ahead of GMT, so you should see updates at around 8:30pm.

this has happened to me many times before. maybe, we have responded to a discussion which was invalid because it was a copy from another's work. i have only realized this when i responded one beautiful discussion and then as i tried to respond to another one which i thought to be only a similar one, i found that it was a letter to letter, word per word reproduction of what i have just responded to. if you have responded to a reproduction, without any knowledge of it, then the credit becomes something which is taken back and so, your credit goes down with it. don't be sad about the experience. this is something which is beyond our control. it is a habit of ours to be responding to new discussions and discussions with no responses. if we do this, we are running a small kind of risk. but, there is nothing new to this, either. because, my dear one, life is always dealing with taking some degree of risk no matter how careful we may be.

Well I have not seen this happening to me at any time.This may be there mistake which they rectified after some time.

iam also facing this problem that why my earning is reduced then i message to admin and he gave me a link of mylot faq has said red the whole faq and you will get the anbswer of your question and you will find more help from their and hen i read the whole faq but i cant find the answer of ny question that why the earning is reduced?
