Why were Women created?

Like he said women were created specially, so they were to be Equal to men. Women were created to be a partner and companion to men, essentially to share adam's life so he would feel accepted - being the ONLY person on earth.

Women were created because humans are mammals, and all mammals have male and female counterparts. That is just how God designed all mammals.

Adam and Eve were created at the same time.. "26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."~ Genesis 1:26-28 (KJV) In Genesis 1 it clearly says that both male and female were created at the same time. Genesis 2 is the account of God forming man in body and putting him on the earth. Why God didn't form both their bodies at the same time and place them on the earth is not fully explained, but then again, nothing about the creation is fully explained in Genesis. But then again Genesis never claims to be an exhaustive account.

So we can know the true meaning of life.... And then make or create life....

I think I can agree with you to some extent.It should be like this.God created women to balance men.There should be two polarities in work for anything.Weaker and the stronger,positive and negative,optimist and pessimist,north pole and south pole,etc..Men only cannot exist and why he should exist like that.So God created men and women and there lies the beauty of this world.Cheers!

According to me who created first doesn't matters...who makes all thing is matters..accordingly women is one of the best creation of god...she is acting in all portion of human life and specially to man..as mother, wife...she is a divine of love...:)

to torment men, maybe :) Women were created to be companions for men...that's what the bible says.

we don't know exactly when men came on this earth or women came on earth so i can say god is one with oneness so we can't surely give or expect exact answer as per hindu philosaphy women came first on the earth anyhow god created everthing either men or women.
