pasta hut...?

pasta hut...! - YEAH, PASTA HUT...! This is the new name of the most promissing hangout place for the youngsters. PIZZA HUT will changeits name to PASTA HUT in 30 select outlets in the UK as part of a Euro 100-million revamp after rebranding itself in canada earlier this year, in an attempt to attract new customers and to move more upmarket.

My question to the youth and the experts is that; will this work on their part as a succesful investment on thier rebranding, which had already become the worlds known brand name...?

There pasta is good, but I like the Pizza Hut brand. I think they will stay as a pizza hut for awhile. I like having pizza there and I have tried their mac and cheese and enjoy it, I think their pizza is the best. That is what I really like.

I can't believe they are changing their name. I haven't had their pasta yet so I don't know if it is good or not. But I can't imagine that it is so good that they are going to change to Pasta Hut instead of Pizza Hut. They are a pizza place and always should be. What next are they going to stop selling pizza? lol

The chain, which launched first restuarent in britain in 1973, is replacing its pizza-focussed menu with a menu consisting mainly of pasta dishes. This means thatas well as the traditional deluxe pizzas, customer will also have the option of ordering more sophisticated dishes such as tomato and mozzerella mezzaluna and prawn and crayfish arrabiata.

The Re-branding is part of an Euro 18-million revamp designed to attract new customers and move it into more upmarket terrain. As a part of the revamp, the chain is temporarily naming 30 of its branches PASTA HUT.
