We love roast dinners ,but mainly baked and simmering,Boiling depends on what I am cooking .Grilling and microwave are also very good and healthy ways of cooking,Not to keen on frying anymore as it lays to heavy on us.

My favor method is the crockpot. You take all of the ingredients throw them in the pot and you are finished. No standing up frying, no flipping over just occasionally stirring it. My kind of cooking. Oh and the mircowave, just stick it for a feww minutes and bam it's finish.

I would prefer boiling or stewing - it is cleaner and easier, especially if I'm using a slow cooker or crockpot. However I prefer to eat food that is either fried, baked or roasted - and these are the most messy methods of cooking, and require a lot of cleaning up!

I personally love roasted food because aside from it being healthier than frying, the whole cooking process adds a lot of flavor to the food. I also like grilling and baking but since i do not have an oven and a grill right now the most i could do is either boiling or frying :) frying is the best when it comes to quick fix type of meals, unfortunately it is the least healthy of all the methods! I am really trying to cut down on my use of oil and frying. Hopefully, I can buy a oven top grill soon :)

I do not really have a favorite method for cooking. It is a joke in my family that whenever I cook, someone gets sick, it has been proven, hehe. So I am usually not the cooker in the family, unless it s something foolproof.
