Well Christmas is round the corner, and chocolate and cookies are favorite gift as Christmas presents. What happen if you received lots of it and you know this will put your weight back to the scale again if you eat too much of it. What are you going to do with all this give? Please kindly share your idea.
Here's what I'll do
1. Share it with other who come to visit me.
2. Keep it somewhere out of side so that it will temp you to eat it
3. Give it to other
4. Keep for Ester Present
5. Throw it away

I would take them along to our Women's Society or to our Choir Concert. For some reason, in the later, the choir has to bring along the snacks. I have no idea why. Do they think because we can sing, we have to prove that we can bake? Maybe I should tell everyone "no more cookies, but I love some Christmas cake." I cannot have that many cookies anyway.

I can never bring myself to throw chocolate away, not for any reason.
I suggest taking it to work, or round to a friends house to share. Chocolate will keep for a little while, so why not shove it in the fridge and chip away at it over time.

I do a variety of what you do yhtan74.
While I am unconcerned with weight issues, I am concerned with developing diabetes and am careful of my sugar consumption.
I share them with co-workers as well as guests in my home. Plus, if I am given a gift out of the blue, from a casual acquaintance, I will wrap up any remaining and give to them.
This is not to say I do not have one or two myself. Enjoying another's hard work is all part of life.
