Does myLot usually respond to messages?

I sent them a question about several weeks ago, and it is important to me that I get the answer because I want to make sure I won't get banned or anything like that for using a bit of CSS to modify my profile. I still haven't heard anything back from them, so I'm wondering if this is common here on mylot or if they just decided to ignore my question in particular.

Hi! Just try askin them again or send another email if your question has been left unanswered. No harm in trying.

I think they should reply to you. I would just send them another email as sometimes things can get missed.

MyLot admin will respond to our question only if they think that the question is reasonable. I had some problem and I asked the admin to delete some messages. That was done and I also got a response saying that they deleted it. Last week I got a PM from the admin about the payment issue. They said that I need to edit some details to get the payment and I did it. One of my discussion was deleted. And I asked for the reason and again admin replied to it.
