I am working PHP.
I wanted to know that how many of you are studying and working on php ?
If we share our knowledge and experience with each other then it will be of great help and use to all of us.

Yes I am working on PHP. I know a fair amount, although I still don't understand how to use the object oriented features or how to use MySQL (my scripts are still all flat-file). I think it would be great if we could create a little group of PHP developers to help each other out here on mylot. The system here makes it a bit difficult but maybe if we just posted all of our questions in this one thread and responded as comments. That might make it easier to find PHP related stuff, it would be like a subforum here.

yes . about php, i am just learning it by myself . also i have worked out some websites . just like you , i still do not understand how to use the object oriented features . i think the main reason is that php does not support it before. however , in the newest release , php will do this well . but there may be still a long time to master well . now , i am going to leave school and trying to find a job . god bless me .

I have been using PHP for a few years. But I know that I am still in a learning status. I always want to share my knowledge to everyone as well.
PHP is fun and powerful. I am developing a mvc framework for my school project.

Yes, I have just started learning PHP myself, basically because I need to collect data on my website and store it in a MySQL database. The programming side doesn't seem too difficult, I've managed to get a few scripts online so I just change the appropriate values for it to operate with my website. The part I'm having difficulty with at the moment is actually getting the database set up.

Hey there luvvaidhav! I am very interested in the programming community and I have learned most of HTML, Javascript, and then some of PHP. I would like to make an online web community that people can come to chat, watch videos, etc. I just do not have the money required to host and what not. If you ever need a partner to help you make a site, give me a buzz =)

I also working on PHP from long ago. actually due to other works, i forget the concept of php for time-being so i make a blog for learning. http://php-learnthebasics.blogspot.com so whenver i got the time, i tried and work for Php or script installation or update the version of existing php script in our system. i found very decent language for development but still require some attention init.
