To much stress in your life. When was the last time you had a hot bath, ate a piece of good dark chocolate, lay in bed during a daytime, watched a good comedy movie, walked in fresh air?I do this and much more to avoid these problems.Take care of yourself.

So, you can't watch movies because your eyes hurt and you don't wanna go outside because it's cold.Ok then. What if you listen to good music(not rock or hip hop), but a soothing melodies or sounds of nature?Could you lit a perfume candle, close your eyes and have a short meditation?

If I could afford a massage i would get one, yoga I have never tried. I would take a bath if the tub was big enough. And i don't read too much because reading hurts my eyes after awail.

i don't have fms but i do have insomnia. Maybe because i am a nurse and the schedule of my duty differs. Sometimes im on morning shift then after some time i'll be on graveyard shift. During my dayoff after being on a graveyard shift is the common time that my insomnia attacks..
What i usually do when i am having a hard time to sleep, i blog (my blog is http://glitterminded.blogspot.com) and now im getting hooked here at mylot.
