how to set put picture?

help pls... i already have pictures but my problem is i dont know how to make it as my displayed picture.. pls, help.. thanks

wht picture are u talkin abt? are u sure its teh right size? some large pictures cannto be made DP's so chk the size of it! happy lotting and have a nice day!
