I enjoy responding to discussions that i tend to ignore time. It's almost 2a.m. my eyes are tired from staring at my laptop for hours but I just can't stop. Well, i guess I have to listen to my body now. Happy myLotting readers!!!! Add me as a friend please. :)

Fortunately, it doesn't happen too often. One night, I got into some very interesting discussions and, before I knew it, I heard a strange sound from the bedroom. I ran downstairs to see what it was, and foud my alarm ringing to wake me up to get ready for work! I try not to go beyond bedtime, but sometimes it's just too hard to stop!

It was really quite a shocker. But don't be surprised if it happens to you once or twice. It's a pretty compelling website!

When I first started MyLot around eight weeks ago I was exactly like you. My eyes where very sore from staring at the monitor. I was on here for around 12 hours a day sometimes. I have not been on here as much as I have been busy elsewhere, but it really is a very addictive site that I really enjoy. Welcome to Mylot. I will add you now.

I don't think that myLot has any affect on my resting habits. I am sure that there are a lot of people like yourself that do stay up until they can't really see too straight anymore. Being at a laptop can probably cause more chance at not sleeping too good. You should listen to your own body and let it rest when it needs it.

Hello paxrein This mylot thing is really addictive.I generally don't find time for mylotting everyday. But those days i sit for it,i sit for it the whole day...or at least most of it. Even when I am with some other work, ideas keep disturbing my mind on which topic to start a discussion or what to reply for certain question. It is becoming a part & parcel of my daily routine gradually. Most of my mylotting hours fall in late night. So obviously it takes some of my sleeping hours, but i really don't mind it on my case...atleast till it starts happening regularly.
