Yes it does...Here is another shot of it too....same shot just smaller..the little circles around it look neat also!
I just went to check and it has thawed out now..
But it will be freezing again I'm sure...

I will look and comment on the picture after I reply..But I want to know, is there a way to keep water from freezing? The only reason I allow our dog inside is because the water freezes and then she can't get a drink..

Hi..
The only thing I can think of is a heated water bowl...which I'm sure you could get from like Tractor supply or a Pet store...
Mine drink in the house also..But they are indoor dogs....
I just have water out there for when the weather isn't so cold...lol
