what kind of telephone you have? We have this telephone that is attach in the unit and i really drive my self crazy about it, because you can't go anywhere if you have a call. And how many you have in the house. We only have one and that's the reason i ask this to my discussion wondering if how many you have?

I agree how annoying it is when you use a wired telephone, you get a call and can't go anywhere because you are attached to the other end, talking. Cordless phones tend to be better in that you can still motor around, make breakfast, water the dog, move from room to room. We have two telephones, not including the cell phone. One is wired and one is wireless. If the power goes out, the cordless doesn't work because the charger is powered by the electrical outlet.

We have one landline fixed phone, which cannot be detached. Besides it, we have one cordless phone, which could be carried anywhere in the house. I agree with you that a fixed phone causes lot of problems. Howevery, on that occasions, cordless phone comes very handy.

I've got three phones actually connected now, one of which is a cordless and is the one next to my computer. The other two are in my living area and my bedroom. I'll answer whichever one is most convenient but use the cordless to make the majority of my calls. I got the cordless one free after a rebate. I have a couple of other phones around somewhere that are not in use. I don't have a cell phone, so if I leave the house, I'm phone-less.

We have a combination phone/fax machine and we also have two cordless phones. One of the cordless phones is in the garage so that my husband doesn't miss calls when he's out there and it also comes in handy because I can call it from the one in the house.

I just have one cordless phone. Its all the way in the living room. My computers in the back bedroom, so when I get a phone call I have to run to the living room to answer it. I want to get another phone to put in the room that my computer is in. this is my only phone that have, I do not own a cell phone.

Hi sweetashoney, Our phone is located in the kitchen very unique i guess for it is usually located at the living room but since the computer set in located in the kitchen we also put the phone near to that place so we can use the phone right away, but the problem is when i am in the bedroom i can no longer hear the phone ringing. Thanks for the respond.

I have 2...one is wireless for the living room and another one is in my master bedroom which is line phone...wireless for living is good for everybody who wants to use it and bring it to somewhere within signal. And for me is good to have wireless if I am taking care my baby, I still have that wireless phone that I can bring to another rooms. I think you should buy one. will not cost you a lot. Flexibility inside the home is important too...especially when you are cooking, that will save you from running here and there.
