What methods do you use to keep fit?

Taking lose weight pills? Eating healthier or eating less? Doing more exercises?
Which methods do you prefer to keep fit or lose weight?
I always think eating healthier and doing more exercises are good ways to keep fit. These don't only make our body fit, and also make us healthier, also they are more reliable methods.

Hello my riend kaka135 Ji,
I wa s90 KG + almost two years back and had only HTN ranging almost all time between 150-160. My Doctors advised me to reduce weight by same methods, what exactly, you are following and I did,I controlled diet , reduce wheat/flour/oils and increased intake of fresh vegetables and fruits on regular basis. Walking 3-4 Kms, was my daily routine, and it did bring fruitul results, weight reduced by 9 KG. So too think, takingpills is no solution, take fresh vegetables.fruits/Juices/soups, would always help. Happy New year-2009 . May God less you and have a great time.

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji,
My dear, walking at this age will help you much better ways (after having responded at least half a dozen on your final stage). Keep yourself smiling, weating whatever you wish to eat. Our side, if any Lady needs any item during her pregrency, and if one can not full-fill, he/she will suffer. We all join together to get taht item for asprent mother. It is wish and will from Almighty. may god bless you and have a great time.

I go to the gym two or three times a week. I do weights and crunches at home. I eat Drinking lots of water too. I feel so much better than I did. But we won't go into the severe depression and being in bed for two years. Ugh! Yes, I am feeling better.

Hi kaka. I'm always lazy to do exercises, my hubby always complains me about this.
If i want to loose weight, i don't take pills, i know nowadays, many people want to keep fit, so they buy lots of products from direct sales which is said to help you loose weight and have better skin comlexion. Well, i'm not sure whether it's worthwhile to invest in these kind of products or not. I just know that direct sales products are quite expensive. I would rather spend my money on buying those vegetables and fruits that contain the same benefits for our body, like vitamins, minerals, calcium, etc.
Exercising is very good for health. I hope i won't be so lazy after delivery. I can't let my son to have this bad habbit too.

Hi there,
are you pregnant now? I am also 8 month pregnant now, so I do less exercise, but just some yoga exercise for pregnant ladies.
My husband also always complained me about not exercising, so I always make effort to exercise, to make myself healthier.
Yeah, I also wanna let my baby exercise a lot, which it'll be good for his health too. I think he surely will, as his father likes sports a lot. But, I just wish I can also play sports with them together when my son grows up.

I am 54 and not what one would call fit. I am not obese thou8gh just chunky a little bit. I walk a lot taking my beagle Buster for walks. I shovel a lot of snow here in Minnesota which also helps me health wise. In the warmer months I tend to a few gardens I have in my yard as well as my flower beds and lawn work. I do not exercise nor diet. I am just me and happy with my health as far as being fit etc.

Hey kaka. Good post. To answer your question, I've never consdidered to take pills in order to keep fit. It's bad for health and if you put keep fit and keep health together, I'd choose to keep health first. Eating healthier and eating less, both ok nad both needed, lol. I will eat more fruits and skip the breakfast coz I really don't feel like eating anything in the morning except drinking some water. And then about an hour before lunch, I'd take an apple, haha, which is m favirote and I nearly name myself apple, hoho~
Besides, do some Yoga and that makes your skin more beautiful and natural coz you sweat during this process and all the toxic subsatnces in yr body are gone with the sweats.
