Do you Tag the Discussions in Mylot?

When I start a discussion I always tag it with key words that I think people may be searching for if they are interested in my discussion. When I reply to a discussion I do not tag the discussion because I feel the poster already tagged their discussion themselves.

On most of the occasions, I give tags to the posts. I feel, it helps others to search, if tags are given. Moreover, while responding to a discussion, if I have given a tags at the first instance and am required to go to that discussion again, I am not asked to again 'tag' the discussion. If I skip the tag window, while responding and again go to the same discussion, on each occasion, a separate window/page opens in front of me, asking me to tag the post. I mean to say, if you have given tags to any post in the beginning, you are not asked again and again to tag it and this way you save your lot of time.

I don't like tagging discussions because it's usually already been tagged as what I'm going to say or I know someone else will be tagging it so it's really unnecessary. It also takes time away from when I could be responding to someone elses discussion or starting a new one of my own.

i do tag at least a single work always. may be when i respond i some times skip the tagging part. but while i am starting a new discussion i do give as much tag as possible.

Yes I do tag the, I think this will help when people try to search for a particular topic and probably those who had replies there will earn extra. But I don't know if that will really be the case. In the end it will help myLot a lot since it will be beneficial to their forum search capabilities. Tagging actually just needs 1 to 2 words so it ain't much owrk but I don't blame people who won't be too enthusiastic about it. Anyway, I think tagging is always beneficial for site owners so it could be one way of helping myLot as well.

I tag some times and it depends on my mood.If i am fully concentrated on any topic,then i always tag the discussion.

I always tag discussions I start. I will also add tags to discussions I respond to.

yeah I sometime use the tag, epically when I start a discussion, but I rarely use it when I respond to others. I think it is important to tag discussions, it ease the process of searching for users and visitors.

I tag my own discussions. The number of tags I put on them varies. I never add tags to anyone else's discussions.

It depends on the discussion. Sometimes I do but usually I don't unless I'm really interested in the post getting more attention.

yes i do tag discussions because I'm already used to it. i consider it as part of my post. and i think somehow tag helps mylotters in searching for some discussions they get interested with.

Sometimes I tag, someothers I don't; It depends on my mood! LoL

I used to, but then I got lazy and I just dont do it any more..

Well I always tag my discussions and the answers I have given, it over all helps the community and makes searching topics much easier and relevant.

I tag sometimes, especially if the discussion doesn't have one. And if I feel like I could add something that is related to the topic then I'll add a tag.

I always put a tag whenever I create a new discussion or comment to a discussion. There are times that I can't think of what tag to put, so that's the only time I don't put a tag. :)

To be frank i give tags at times,most of the time i skip it.Thanks for raising this topic from now would be more careful.Just out of laziness,used to skip them.

I usually give in one tag,because i don't know its actions and how to tag it.I just reply i think it is my interesting after i tag it just for the summary. For most of dicussion i mostly use the life as the tag.Maybe it is bad,but i really don't know which tag is good and what tag them.
