Do you think Steve Jobs not appearing in Macworld is a bad sign for APPLE?

News came out that Steve Jobs would be skipping his regular annual keynote speech for this year's Macworld event. People are saying this is really a bad sign for the company Apple. Rumors are going around that either he is currently too sick or there just isn't anything new coming out from Apple anymore. What is your take on this?
