Electronic era has transformed our life into global citizenship. A person can spread his damaging thoughts to millions of others all over the world by online forums and SMS, before it being monitored or removed by the administrator. Some of this are very true but some of this thoughts or expressions are whimsical as well as distorting the facts. It could be very personal twisted thinking, but it does not take much time to pollute others mind. There are incidences of riots initiated through SMS causing loss of innocent lives and damages to properties. How to stop it? Always there will be some irresponsible persons every where to do these types of provoking and creating awareness is not a solution. Can there be some international bodies to monitor and control such activities being spread?
