Can you believe that?! I just heard on the news that ALL Chrysler plants will close down for a whole month, stopping all production on new vehicles as a means to get their expenses under control. I guess depending on how you look at it, it's a good plan in order to keep from going under. But the thought of such a major company like Chrysler being in trouble, what can we say for the rest of us?! This is just another piece of proof that the economy is suffering right now, and what can we do about it??? Are we supposed to just sit back and let it happen? I can't believe the people out there with GOBBS of money, but they won't help out at all. There are thousands and thousands of people that have lost their jobs and have nowhere to go. You can't tell me there isn't enough money to go around. I just pray that we will see better days soon. I'm tired of prices being so high, people struggling just to survive. All we can do is keep positive thoughts constantly. It's definitely difficult, but what else can we do. It does no good to sit back and be depressed. That's never helped in any situation, it won't start helping now. I'm sure a lot of you have personally been affected by the way our economy has been, I wish you good luck in the future and hope everything turns around for everyone.

Oh yes we have been affected by chrysle stopping production. My bf works for a factory that makes parts for this company. They called him yesturday and told him his layoff will last longer now!! I told them I can see them calling again and just simply saying we need to shut down. We are definitly worried, but we try not to let it affect our daily lives. I also heard that the economy hasn't been this low since the 1930's! You know what happened then Im sure. I do hope it turns around we are tired of worrying and never having money. Good Luck to all of you!

If things are going to get better, we're going to have to be financially wiser.
